Leadership Training

“There are no bad teams, only bad leaders.” Mariner Gulf’s leadership course is an 8-hour, highly interactive course taught by the senior management of Mariner Gulf, with over 40 years of combined leadership experience. Participants will learn the role of supervision mentoring the next generation of leaders and techniques that empower teams.

Focusing that things are managed but people are led, this course seeks to establish culture change in which teams can create an atmosphere of 100% accountability with zero excuses. Graduates of this course have a proven track record in establishing safe and productive work practices, improving employee retention, and reducing work place injuries and illnesses.
