Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S)/Respiratory Protection Combo

This class combines the requirements of the new ANSI Z-390.1 -2017 in mitigating the risks associated with H2S exposures across industries. Participants learn the characteristics of H2S, chemical properties, harm to workers, methods of detection, controls, and emergency procedures. Workers also gain an overview of the general elements of an effective respiratory protection program to include the methods of selection, use, care, proper fit and medical clearance of respirators in the workplace.
