Aerial Man Lift

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) states that persons using power mobile equipment in the workplace must complete classroom and practical training. This class covers the classroom portion and some practical evaluation. Each successful student will receive a Certificate and a form to be completed by his-her supervisor (who is competent in operating the equipment) to verify the trainee has completed the requirements and possesses the skills necessary to operate the equipment. Participants are required to bring their own PPE including hard hat, steel-toed boots, work gloves, protective eyewear, and hearing protection for the practical components of this course. This course can be customized for genie lift, scissor-lift and other aerial man lifts, and tele-handlers.  

Boom Truck

The Boom Truck Operator Training program is specifically designed to upgrade the existing knowledge and skill levels of experienced operators, trainees, safety personnel, inspectors, maintenance personnel, managers, and supervisors. The information provided in the classroom is reinforced with hands-on application sessions on a boom truck crane with your equipment at your site. All personnel attending this program will gain significant and useful skills and will leave with a stronger understanding and appreciation of the requirements and responsibilities of Boom Truck Operators. 

Forklift – Powered Industrial Truck

The Forklift Operator course utilizes OSHA guidelines to provide participants with the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to properly operate a forklift. In addition to safety best practices, participants receive hands-on opportunities to ensure each understands equipment-specific stability requirements, fork adjustment protocols, fueling procedures, and other use issues. This class covers the classroom portion and some practical evaluation. Each successful student will receive a Certificate and a form to be completed by his-her supervisor (who is competent in operating the equipment) to verify the trainee has completed the requirements and possesses the skills necessary to operate the equipment. Participants are required to bring their own PPE including hard hat, steel-toed boots, work gloves, protective eyewear, and hearing protection for the practical components of this course. 

Overhead Crane

Overhead cranes are found everywhere in modern industry and construction. They are so common that they almost fall into the background of daily workplace activity and this can lead to complacency by everyone involved. Yet every year serious accidents occur while working around or directly operating cranes than any other tool used. This course will look at some of the basics of good overhead crane operation, maintenance and management principles in accordance with 29 CFR 1910 Subpart N, 29 CFR 1919, and 29 CFR 1926 Subpart N and CC. This class covers the classroom portion and some practical evaluation. Each successful student will receive a Certificate and a form to be completed by his-her supervisor (who is competent in operating the equipment) to verify the trainee has completed the requirements and possesses the skills necessary to operate the equipment. Participants are required to bring their own PPE including hard hat, steel-toed boots, work gloves, protective eyewear, and hearing protection for the practical components of this course.

Skidsteer

The Skid Steer Operator course provides entry-level to advanced operators with the concepts, objectives, and safety practices used during operation of skid steer machinery in construction zone settings of all types. During the course, information covering use and site issues are discussed surrounding building construction, road and highway construction, oil field operations, and pipeline work. Participants successfully completing the course are provided 4-6 hours of hands-on field exercise training covering the application of principles and practices specific to equipment operation. In order to fully participate in all field work exercises, students will need the following equipment; hard hat, steel-toed footwear, gloves, and a safety vest for visibility. 

All heavy equipment provided and used during training must meet minimum safety requirements.
